After purchase of a Zoom Video Consultation, you will get and email with links to
1. Schedule the appointment date and time (times are Central Time Zone)
2. Complete an online Registration  / Consent Form
 
To work with the Merchant App we had to make this a 'Digital Download' product. There will also be a link to download a PDF document with same information as in the email. If you receive the email, you can disregard the PDF document download. We are making changes to the web site  and looking forward to a more streamlined process.
